Prepare your breakfast in only five minutes and choose your topping for the day:

🥣 Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup oat milk 
  • ½ grated apple
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup 
  • topping (e. g. banana)

🧑🏼‍🍳 Steps

Put all ingredients, except the topping, in your preferred jar and mix it together. Now store it in the fridge for at least two hours or even better over night. Then add your favorite toppings and enjoy!

You can easily adapt the recipe and prepare the oat base for three days, change the topping or add seeds – just stick to the 1:1 ratio of oats and milk.
